Exercise is more fun in a group! Each of our classes is specifically designed to improve your function and wellness. Contact us to find a class that will fit your needs and athletic abilities.
PWR!Moves are amplitude based functional exercises developed to target skills that have deteriorated due to Parkinson's disease. These exercises are research based and were developed by Dr. Becky Farley, who also developed the LSVT BIG protocol. The PWR!Moves class consists of exercises that focus on posture, flexibility, balance, strength, and functional mobility, to help maintain and restore the skills needed to perform everyday movements and activities. The exercises performed in class can be modified to fit individual abilities and to accommodate previous injuries or mobility limitations.
Days and times coming soon!
Our circuit class combines aerobic exercises with skills based exercises targeting the elements of functional movements and everyday tasks. A variety of exercises will be performed during the class, and each exercise focuses on a different skill such as strength, flexibility, balance, and posture.
