Exercise and Education Groups
Exercise is more fun in a group! Each of our classes is specifically designed to improve your function and wellness. Contact us to find a class that will fit your needs and athletic abilities.

PWR! MOVES
Tuesdays
1:00-1:45 pm
PWR!Moves are amplitude based functional exercises developed to target skills that have deteriorated due to Parkinson's disease. These exercises are research based and were developed by Dr. Becky Farley, who also developed the LSVT BIG protocol. The PWR!Moves class consists of exercises that focus on posture, flexibility, balance, strength, and functional mobility, to help maintain and restore the skills needed to perform everyday movements and activities. The exercises performed in class can be modified to fit individual abilities and to accommodate previous injuries or mobility limitations.

Thursdays
10:00-10:45 AM
Our Strength & Stability class focuses on improving strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility to keep you doing the activities you love!
Every week we will focus on various exercises to achieve your goals. No experience necessary.
