Qigong

Qigong is a gentle mind–body practice that combines slow, flowing movements with focused breathing and mindful awareness. Designed to improve balance, reduce stress, and enhance overall wellness, Qigong is accessible for people of all ages and abilities. Its smooth, rhythmic exercises help increase energy, promote relaxation, and support both physical and mental harmony. Series led by Sifu Ray Gates.

Sifu Ray Gates is an integrative physical therapist by profession and has been involved in various martial arts styles for over 40 years, and exclusively with Tai Chi for over 25 years. In 2014 he was certified by Master Dennis Watts of Gold Coast Tai Chi Academy as an Instructor and has been teaching in Wisconsin since 2015. Ray has previously been accredited as a Level 1 Tai Chi instructor by Kung Fu Wushu Australia and is currently accredited as a Level II Instructor by the American Tai Chi and Qigong Association.
